And knowing the DiMera's they'd probably make it look like Fay's heart condition is what caused her death when really Rafe 2 (or Stefano or EJ) killed her. Just speculation. It just seems like too much of a coincidence that Fay is back in town, with a health problem, staying at DiMansion where secrets abound.....she's an expendable character, I suppose.  |

Oh, and I also heard rumor that Faye goes missing. I cannot believe Rafe2 harms her. I wonder what EJ and Stefano are going to have to say about that.
EJ and Taylor actually talk about having an affair? Eesh. Anyone know Natalia's last air date?

My thoughts too, GG. I about threw up when I read that. I'm hoping it's something like Melanie seeking comfort from Brady, gets the wrong idea and kisses him, but he doesn't return the feelings and reminds her the last thing she needs is to rush into something like that. And hopefully he'll gently remind her that they're best friends, sibling-like, and it just would not work. The way it's worded "Melanie kisses Brady" and not the other way around makes me think this isn't going to go any further. At least I hope not!! Plus, if the spumors are true about Melanie and Dario getting together, then I don't see her and Brady being romantically linked. |

Melanie kissing Brady is proof that the cast is too small. She has no other man to try to rebound with. I am pretty sure BFF/Big brother Brady will tell her to go get some Ben & Jerrys and watch the Notebook a few times to get over it all. Brady and Melanie is downright incestuous at this point.
I do feel bad she has to be shackled with Dario. He will know all about her past, so there is that obstacle gone. Once he loses his chip on his shoulder - he will be the "perfect" man. RME
All I can do is pray to the soap gods that Quinn and Chloe are a good story, because there is nothing, and I mean NOTHING that currently holds my interest on this show. Even savvy bad girl Nicole has gone all stepford wife.

Why the heck is she rebounding at all? She barely just took the ring off and has admitted to still having feelings for both Philip and Nathan and she wants to drag Brady into a romantic thing for what reason? To gross us all out? As much restraint as Melanie has had to show recently I am not buying that she simply decides Brady is the next best thing. Someone out there in soap writers land needs a new job. Poor Ciara, she is a victim of her mommy not wanting to sleep with her daddy until she's sure he's got his girlfriend out of his system. Good Lord can't they do any better than that? "Oh Hope, darling, if you don't start showing me some affection, Ciara will be traumatized" How romantic.  The one thing I am looking forward to is Dark Brady figuring out that Miss Pretend To Be Goody Two Shoes has a thing for Elvis too. ANd that she came to work for Titan just to bug EJ. That is about as good a reason as I can come up with to quasi enjoy the writers going there with Taylor and EJ. Well that and I hope it wakes Nicole up and she shoots them both. Problem solved! |

So true...staying strong and choosing yourself is sort of negated when you rebound with hubby's nephew. I think Days has their timing all off in how they tell stories. Like how is EJ in love with Taylor already? It is like some episodes were cut in the editing room or something. Last I saw he was starting to soften toward Nicole again, and then bam this twitty dream lover bumps into him on the pier and we are sucked into the sappiest (and unbelievable) love saga I have seen in a long time. My apologies to the EJ/Taylor fans - but you guys deserve better than what is being written. |

I read on dayscafe.com this morning as well about the kiss between Brady and Mel. Not a whole lot more but it says that she impulsively kisses him. I cannot just see her kissing him for no reason...it doesn't make any sense to me. Especially in the fact that she has said numerous times that she wants to be alone and find herself, etc...I dont know how I feel about this. I do like their friendship, but then again maybe if they do romantically link them together then and I see it with my own two eyes, I might form a different opinion. Bus as of right now, I think that they are mea nt to be the great friends that they are....

Brady was frustrated, but Maggie rewarded Victor's behavior with a kiss. Yes! Brady told Dario to get out of town, but he refused. He was still determined to learn who had killed his sister. Dario overheard Philip and Justin discussing Melanie's divorce settlement and he realized she was now rich. Melanie said a final goodbye to Parker, and Brady comforted her. Chloe saw this and warned Brady away from Melanie. He insisted they were just friends. Dario tried to con Melanie, but she still found herself attracted to him. To get out of it, she kissed Brady, and they pretended they were dating. Distraught Carly lost a patient. Bo was about to take her in his arms, but stopped himself. Carly spiraled further downward after seeing Bo and Hope kissing on the pier. She injected herself with a sedative meant for a patient! Daniel and Jennifer almost caught her. Carly confided in Daniel that she was having a tough day. Later, Jennifer and Daniel discussed their worries concerning Carly and each agreed to be there for her. Ciara reiterated her plan with Theo to run away. They tried, but were thwarted and decided to make a go for it after school. They took off, but were caught and brought to the police station. Bo was angry with them and he and Hope disagreed over how to handle the situation. They decided to work together, but Ciara still told Theo that her Mommy and Daddy wouldn't be happy until she was gone. Taylor and EJ professed their love for each other, but she said she wouldn't have him leave her sister for her. Later, she realized what he really wanted was an affair. She told him no go. He told Taylor he would keep his distance. Fay nonetheless saw the heat between the two and confronted EJ about his intentions. She told him she was onto him, but realized that Nicole was not. Nicole went to drop the kids off at Sami's, but Rafe2 asked her to keep them a little longer. Nicole sensed trouble in paradise and Sami told her to butt out. Nicole told Stefano that Sami and Rafe were having trouble; he reminded her that she was little more than a glorified nanny. Yikes. Poor Nicole. Fay was stunned to see "Rafe" and EJ apologizing to each other. Then, she overheard them and Stefano discussing their evil plot. She tried to call Nicole, but was thwarted. Taylor tried to tell Nicole that she and EJ were in love, but she, too, was thwarted. Taylor and Nicole couldn't reach Fay and headed home. They were about to let themselves in when Rafe2 pushed Fay down the stairs! Stefano confronted Vivian about her silly schemes, but she was still determined to win. Kate had another run-in with Vivian, then bonded with Stefano. Vivian offered Nicole a helping hand but was refused. She vowed revenge on Nicole and warned that EJ couldn't protect her. Gus gave Vivian the security code for the DiMera Mansion. What is she going to do with it? Chad remembered that it was his mother's birthday and he spent a dark and lonely night on the pier, where she had died. Abigail told Jennifer that she and Chad were over now that he had moved into the DiMera Mansion, but she still comforted him over his mother. |
