HORTON TOWN SQUARE
(Austin is looking sad and Abby walks past)
ABBY - I know you don't want to see me
AUSTIN - Abby it's ok
ABBY - That's what I wanted to ask you are you alright?
AUSTIN - Not really
ABBY - Do you mind if I sit?
AUSTIN - No of course not
(Abby sits on bench beside him)
ABBY - What's wrong? You don't have to tell me if you don't want to
AUSTIN - It's alright Carrie and I are getting a divorce
ABBY - What?
AUSTIN - Yep
ABBY - This is my fault
AUSTIN - No Abby it isn't. The truth is things had being tense for awhile just coming back here made them more tense
ABBY - I'm sorry Austin. I probably didn't help by lying
AUSTIN - Look I get it Abby
ABBY - You do?
AUSTIN - Yeah
ABBY - Well I am here if you need a friend
AUSTIN - Thanks Abby and for the record there's something you should know
ABBY - What?
AUSTIN - I've started to realise but maybe you were right
