here is a new chapter sorry it took so long to get here

No surprise that André is denying everything.

The next morning Steve called Tony to tell them he was coming over to talk to the both of them . After the phone call Tony leaves his room and walks into Anna's room. Tony kneels down by her bed and touches her lightly as he says" Contessa darling it is time to wake up and get ready for the day"

Anna: what is going on " stirring a bit

Tony: time to wake up for Steve called and said he will be here in a little while to talk to us

Anna: okay I better get ready then," gets out of bed and starts walking to the closet to get some clothes out, "thank you also"

Tony: anytime Contessa" and he leaves the room too so he can get ready in his room

Later that morning Tony comes out and makes some coffee for everyone, just as he was done getting the coffee done Anna came out in jeans and a sweater.

Tony: you look beautiful.

Anna: just have jeans and sweater on

Tony: I know but still beautiful as always though

Anna: I sure hope it is good news that Steve is coming over here to tell us

Tony: I have a feeling that it is and we will find out soon enough: just as the doorbell rang and Tony walks over to open the door. As Tony is getting the door Anna gets the coffee on a tray with cups and everything else needed and sets it on the living room table. " Good morning, Steve and please come in. We have some coffee for you

Anna: what is the news you have for us

Steve: Andre is in custody at the ISA headquarters but is denying everything.

Tony: that is great but why is he not arrested for everything he has done.

Steve: he denies everything like I said and we can't get him to confess.

Anna: so, what does this mean?

Sterve: no he wont go free for he is cuffed to the chair and table plus there are guards outside the room.

Tony: so now what happens next?

Steve: next will be rough.

Anna: why?

Steve: going to need Anna to come to the ISA headquarters and identify him

Tony: no way is that going to happen for I don't want that man anywhere near Anna

Anna: I don't think I can see him either.

Steve: you will be behind some glass in another room so you wont be in the same room. Also, he can't see that you are there

Tony: why do you need her?

Anna: yes why?

Steve: we need her for that to make sure it is the right guy and not someone that looks like him

Tony: how long do you have in holding him?

Steve: we have him in custody for another three days

Tony: can we get back to you for I want to talk with Anna on this. I also want to be with Anna if we do go see hime

Steve: that is what I want too for you know your cousin best and can help make sure it is the =right person

Tony: what do you think Contessa?

Anna: I am not sure on it

Steve: how about I leave and let you both talk on it

Tony: thank you and that would be great. Will let you know what Anna and I decide too

Steve: just don't take to long

Tony: don't think that will happen. Thank you, Steve, for letting us know what is up and also catching Andre

Steve, no problem" as Tony walks Steve to the door and closes it

Anna: are you sure it will be safe to do this and he wont take me away?

Tony: like Steve said he is chained to a table and chair and he wont see you. Besides he would have to get though me and I also think Steve

Anna: I still don't know

Tony: you will be with me at all time

Anna: what about the yacht captain?

Tony: from what Steve said he is in a prison cell in another state and won't get out for a long time for he was charged with the kidnapping, and he is also in a federal prison

Anna: so he won't come after me

Tony: you have nothing to worry about on him for he was taking the orders from Andre and also someone else. I also think once you see that Andre is in cuffs and cant get to you the nightmares might stop more and you will feel a lot safer.

Anna: ok call Steve and tell him to pick up tomorrow morning

Tony: sure, will do this "kisses Anna and goes to make the phone call. "it is all set up us to go to the headquarters of the ISA and Steve will come here to pick up in the morning.

Anna I just can't wait till this is going to be over with soon

Tony: I know and I am so happy for you," as he hugs Anna

letting you know that I was planning on typing up the first half of the next chapter today but am not able to for not feeling really all that well with this cold I have but will type it up next week

The next morning Tony wakes up and goes to check on Anna and sees that she is still asleep, he goes to make the call to Steve and to find out when Steve will be coming to pick them up and Steve tells him it will be a few hours. Tony goes in the kitchen and makes the coffee for him and Anna and then goes and takes his shower and heads to Anna's room. Tony kneels down by the bed and touches Ana lightly "Contessa time to wake up and get ready," Tony says

Anna: I don't want to wake up for I don't want to do it again so please leave me alone

Tony: you are not on the yacht anymore and we are not going to do anything besides get ready to go to ISA headquarters to see Andre and

Anna: I am on the yacht and I just cant

Tony: you not on the yacht and you are with me Contessa

Anna awaking up and bit and seeing Tony but thinking it is Andre, I told you Andre that I just can't do it anymore with any other man for I love Tony and Tony only
Tony: I love you too Contessa and what Andre had you do on the yacht was not your fault.

Anna: oh, Tony I am really here with you and am so sorry, waking up more from her dream

Tony: it is okay Contessa I know that you were in a dream

Anna: I have to get up to get ready right?

Tony: yes, for Steve will be here soon to take us

Anna: I am so scared of going

Tony: I know you are but I will be with you through the whole time and I will not let him near you at all

Anna: but he will say things I have done that are unpleasant and you will leave me

Tony: that won't happen for I know that everything you did on the yacht was done against your will

Anna: I am still so scared

Tony: I know but you have nothing to worry about and think of this way when we go see him and confront everything then maybe all the bad dreams you are having will go away

Anna; you really think that will happen.

Tony: yes, I do and now please get up and go get ready. I also have some coffee made for us .'Anna gets up out of bed and goes in the bathroom to take her shower. After taking her shower she comes out of the room and sees Tony not there but sees a sweater and some jeans to wear. Anna walks out and sees Tony is dressed very similar to her

Later that morning Steve picked up Tony and Anna to take them to ISA headquarters. After going through all of the security that they need to they arrive at a room that has a window and a curtain over it

Steve: are you ready to see if the man in the other room is Andre



Anna: I don't know for he can see me here and a don't want him to see me

Tony: you can do this, and I am right beside you all the way

Anna: but he can see me and also you and I know that you still don't want to be seen

Steve: you can rest easy on that for he can't see either one of you for this is a window where only you can see and the other person on the other side thinks it is a mirror.

Tony: also, I am right beside you and won't let him get near you. I also don't care if knows I am alive if it means keeping you safe and putting him in jail for good

Steve: you should also know that the man in the room if handcuffed to the table and chair so he can't get away

As Steve opens the curtains they hear a rattling in the room

Anna: please go in there for he is loose and is going to come get me

Steve: no hi e is not for someone in there is putting the cuffs to some other cuffs and tightening them. When they take him from the cell, they make sure his hands and feet are cuffed together for the ISA knows that Andre can escape very easily

Tony: he wont come near you for I won't let him, and I am right here Contessa, as they see Andre sitting kin the chair and looking right at the window and Anna jumps back from the window

Anna: it is him alright. Please don't let him out of the cuffs and chains and have him come near me

Tony: I won't let that happen

Steve: okay we have visual confirmation that it is him and Tony is that your cousin

Tony; buy the looks yes, it is but I need to hear him say something." Steve leaves the room and goes into the other room after he locks the door to Tony and Anna's room

Steve walks into the holding cell and takes the seat across from Andre.

Andre: why am I back in this room for you don't have anything on me in connection with the yacht

Steve: weel I think you are wrong on that right now for we do have more proof that you were there

Andre: what do you mean

Steve: we have someone that was on the yacht

Andre: the person is lying about being held against their will for no one was

Steve: this person say differently

Andre: the only woman that were on were hookers and prostitutes

Back in the room with Tony and Anna

Anna: that is so mut true I was not one of those
Tony: I know that and just let the interview keep going

Steve: oh, I do know that there was one lady that is not one of them and was held against her will and it is someone that you are obsessed with

Andre: what are you talking about for i have been with many women since i have been on the yacht so there is no certain woman for me in my life

Steve: does the name Anna DiMera sound familiar to you

Andre: yes, it does but I fell in love with her many years ago and she also fell for me

Steve: I am sorry to say that is not true for she thought you were Tony and that is who she loved

Andre: what ever happened to her anyways?

Steve: she was on the yacht with you and against her will

Andre if she was on the yacht, it was never against her will

Steve: just keep saying that for we know that is untrue for we have proof. Also remember we have ways of making you talk, "walking over to a table in the corner and pulling a cloth off showing syringes and other items," think about what you are going to say next and I will leave so you can think on your own." walking out the door and locking it behind him Tony and Anna both watch Andre as he keeps staring at the stable in the corner. Andre slams his hands on the table and Anna jumps back a bit

Steve: it seems as though he is still denying everything

Tony: I can see that and hear that. Also, that is Andre in there for he is showing the arrogance that he has thinking he can get out of anything

Steve: well, he wont get out of this and thank you for confirming it too

Anna: what is on that table

Steve: some truth serum and other drugs to make him talk and some are painful if he doesn't talk

Anna: what he said about wanting me to be there was not true at all

Steve: we know for we also have pictures of the bruises and cuts on you

Tony: I know too for I know you would never do anything like that not if forced to do so

Tony: do you need us for anything else

Steve: no, we don't, and the next part won't be good for him so I will take you back to the cabin. also let Andre think about what is going to say next a little bit longer

Anna: you mean if he doesn't say it would cause him pain

Steve: only if he doesn't tell the truth

Tony: hopefully he will be in a little pain for he deserves to be in some after the pain he caused Anna

Anna: I too want him in pain but at the same time I don't want that

Steve: that really is entirely up to him

Anna: are you sure he can't get out of that area

Steve: no, he can't for you saw how he was cuffed to the table and how many times I had to lock the door plus there are three guards out by the door and many more <' as they are walking to the car
