I really disliked when they made that random Yo Ling guy John's father. I don't fully remember the storyline at this point, but I know it bugged me.
I also hate how they are changing who Lani's parents are. Usually, these switches are made to give a new character a connection to someone in Salem, but Paulina already had a connection by being Lani's aunt. There was no reason to make her Lani's mother!

I hated the nonsensical idea of Abe being Lani's father. Sooooo glad they are finally fixing that.
I also hated all the random changes in John's paternity. Yo Ling was the worst. But it seemed like they were changing it once a year before that!

To me, the worst travesty was making Parker Daniel's kid for no reason. Chloe and Daniel weren't getting back together. Why rip Philip's heart out yet again? I've set that right in fanficdom.

Yeah. The Parker rewrite infuriated me. They had no intentions of reuniting Danloe why ruin something that Phloe fans had been wanting for so long.

Yup, I blocked out Yo Ling too. That story was just bad. Really bad. There was no reason to rip Parker away from Philip and make him Daniel's kid, other than the show had some sort of obsession with Daniel being the center of everything and they seem insistent on torturing Philip. But I really hated what they did with Leo Stark. I liked Leo, probably because I really like Greg Rikaart. I thought Leo trying to seduce Xander was hysterical. But I hated that they made Leo John's son and then made it all a lie. I thought Drake Hogestyn and Greg Rikaart were fantastic as father and son. I wanted Paul to come back so he and Leo could bond as brothers and they could all partner at Black Patch. And I'd hoped that Xander and Leo could become friends because they were both outsiders. But, when they decided Leo wasn't John's son, all of that evaporated. And to make it worse, that storyline destroyed the character of Diana Colville, whom I really enjoyed way back when she was played by Genie Francis.

I hated Leo as John’s son
I hated Yo Ling as John’s dad after years of searching they fed us literally crap
I hate Gwen being jacks daughter
And I still don’t accept stefan or Jake as stefanos son
I would have liked parker to have stayed Philips son

Lucas being a Horton
Rex and Cassie being Kate/Roman's kids

Every time Days does a paternity story, I seem to hate it. Johnny/Allie having different dads John no longer being an Alamain Parker no longer Philip's son Gwen as Jack's daughter Lucas being a HortonRex and Cassie being Kate/Roman's kids I was never happy about this either. It wasn't necessary to make Lucas a Horton, and he never really fit in with the rest of the family. He remained an outsider. Two other parent switches I absolutely hated: -Daniel becoming Maggie's son -Melanie becoming Daniel and Carly's daughter |

Paternity I hate
- Parker being Daniel's son when he should have been Philip's
- Yo Ling as John's father...John was perfect as a Brady/DiMera being the son of Santo and Colleen
