"On this week's episode I'm joined by Alison Sweeney. Alison is an award winning actor, director, producer and author. You may know Alison from her role as Sami Brady on Days of Our Lives, as a host of The Biggest Loser, or from the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries film series Murder, She Baked.
We talked about how Alison got into acting and the importance of asking for help, but what really touched me was when she started talking about body image. I truly got angry with those unnecessary and unkind comments she received, but boy did she prove them wrong!"
