I definitely don't trust Nicholas. Be careful Chloe!

You may be right not to trust Nicholas. However, only time and a few more chapters will tell.
In today's chapter, Rhiannon asked J.J. out on a date. J.J. said no because he's busy. However, only moments earlier, he had been asking Ceri out on a date. She said no because she isn't his type. Two questions for my readers: 1. Which sister do you think J.J. should try to date? Why? 2. Why do you think Ceri keeps telling J.J. that she isn't his type when she doesn't know him well enough to tell what his type is?

I Ceri has a past with boys and she has something that she isn't proud of. I say JJ should date Ceri because why would you date someone you aren't interested in? He clearly isn't interested in Rhiannon.

I think Ceri may like girls and that's why she keeps saying she isn't JJ's type. I think JJ should spend a little time with Rhiannon and see if he'd like to ask her out.

On Monday & Tuesday's chapters, there's a bit of a blame game played between Sami and Marlena. A question for all my readers: Who do you think is more to blame for Sydney's condition? 1. Sami 2. Marlena 3. E.J. 4. Sydney 5. Other (Please elaborate) 6. All of the above 7. None of the above

I think Sami and EJ are the most at fault. EJ is at fault for the awful things he did to Sydney. Sami should have done more to protect her daughter from the DiMera's. Although Marlena should have noticed that things weren't right with Sydney sooner. I'm sure she would have intervened sooner if she'd suspected anything this serious was going on.

I agree with Fluffy but I think that everyone that had contact with her on a day to day basis should have noticed things sooner.

Sami & EJ for sure... Parents come first before any others. They should have gotten help for Syd even if it didn't seem like she needed it back when.

Two new questions for my readers:
1. It is likely that J.J. will be looking for a new girl to try to date (he will be going on a date later this week). Who do you think he should try to date?
2. In today's chapter, it is revealed that Ceri likes girls. Of the teen girls in the story, we know only that Ceri likes girls and Ciara and Rhiannon both like boys (it is mentioned early on in the story that she is dating Theo, and that Rhiannon has a crush on J.J.). Of the remaining girl teens (Claire, Allie, and Sydney, all of whose orientations have not yet been revealed) which do you think Ceri should try to date?

Well JJ should try to date Rhiannon but that may not work as he may only see her as Ceri, the one he can't have.
as for #2, Sydney shouldn't date anyone. She needs too much therapy to get involved in any other relationship, I'm not sure I know enough about Claire or Allie at this point to guess either one.
Question, where did you get Ceridwen's name from?

Interesting question, sportsgirl. When I first started writing "Summer Breeze", I knew I wanted the twins to be Welsh. However, the only Welsh names I could think of were Gwen and Rhys. I didn't want to use the name Gwen, and Rhys is a boy's name, and i had known from the start that the twins would be girls. So, I just looked up Welsh girl names. One of the first interesting ones I found was Ceri, which was short for Ceridwen. That's also how I got Rhiannon's name.

For some reason, I want to see JJ and Sydney together.

JJ seems really clueless about Rhiannon's interest in him. I am curious as to whether he'll ask her out.
I wonder if Sydney will turn out to like girls too. Allie and Claire are sort of unknowns at this point so it's hard to guess about them.

And, here's another interesting bit of info. In the early conceptual stages of the story, Nicholas was only going to have one daughter: Ceridwen Rhiannon Alamain. However, as the story got more fleshed out, I discovered that I wanted Ceri to have a twin. So, Ceri became one of the girls and her middle name, Rhiannon, was given to her twin. Their full names are Ceridwen Lynnet Alamain and Rhiannon Wynnifred Alamain.
