Friends actor James Michael Tyler (Gunther) dies aged 59
Actor James Michael Tyler died of prostate cancer at 59, his manager announced in a statement on Sunday. He was most known for his role as Gunther, the Friends’ omnipresent Central Perk barista and the “seventh friend.” Tyler was diagnosed with cancer in 2018, but he only revealed it publicly in an interview with NBC's Today Show in June this year. Beyond his prominent role on Friends, the actor appeared on TV series including Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Just Shoot Me! and Scrubs.

For those that can't read the article from the link. Emmy-nominee Lisa Brown passed away on November 24 at age 67 after a brief illness. Born August 2, 1954 in Kansas City, MO, Brown made her mark on daytime as Nola Reardon on GUIDING LIGHT (1980-85) and as Iva Snyder on AS THE WORLD TURNS (1985-94); both roles were created by famed writer Douglas Marland. Brown was also known for her theater work — she starred in 42nd Street on Broadway while working on GL. This was taken directly from the link. I have a list of people I hope will live forever, Stephen Sondheim was one of them.
I went to a production of Sweeney Todd at the Glimmerglass Theater near Cooperstown NY. As intermission was ending, there was a flurry of applause. I looked towards the commotion to see Stephen Sondheim taking his seat.

My 17 year old is very sad about Stephen Sondheim. She frequently listens to the Broadway recording of Sweeney Todd.
