This must be where Nicole is pressing Rafe to let Ava hide out at Rafe’s place. Not happy about this turn but hopefully it won’t be for long.

It makes me mad when the writers make characters say and do things out of the ordinary just to move a plot along. Nicole pushing so hard to make Rafe do what she wanted was way over the top for where they are in their friendship. I am glad that they showed Rafe has started to really develop a soft spot for Nicole though.

Who else was really excited with the hand holding on Wednesday? There is definitely a spark there. I loved their scenes together. The feelings are definitely growing between them.

Who else was really excited with the hand holding on Wednesday? There is definitely a spark there. I loved their scenes together. The feelings are definitely growing between them. Only one problem Rafe is with Ava now and if Rafe and Nicole were to be together, that could set Ava off as far as her mental stability. She could go insane again. |

I agree Ava won't accept it without a fight and she will probably do something dangerous. Both Rafe and Nicole have grown on me a bit in the last year, I think they have evolved as characters. As much as I liked the idea of Rava I see that Nicole and Rafe are inevitable, though anything is possible.

I think that is the way they are leaning too. There is also another thing to think about too, EJ. Now that he knows about Sami, it is possible he decides to romance Nicole to make Sami crazy. Nicole might go along with it if Rafe and Ava are solid. She might not want to mess them up so she might play along with EJ to upset Sami. The other person this would upset is Rafe given how much he hates EJ. I think (and this is pure speculation on my part, no spoilers have said this) that Ava teams up with EJ to get Nicole and EJ back together so that keeps Rafe with Ava.

I see no reason Nicole would want to be with EJ. He was so abusive to her that she had to hide her pregnancy from him. If the writers go there I'm going to be severely annoyed.

My guess is when it is all said and done, EJ and Ava will end up falling for each other while trying to get Nicole to go back to EJ, and Nicole and Rafe will end up together.

She is almost in love with Rafe already and Rafe is half in love with her too. |

I would have liked for Nicole to pretend to be with Lucas to make Sami crazy before this came out.

OMG that would have been awesome but Lucas wouldn’t have gone along with it. He is so in love with Sami that he threw the letter away because it would have hurt Sami. I don’t think he would have pretended to be with Nicole because he knows how Sami feels about her. Now, EJ, on the other hand, will be more than happy to twist that particular knife.
