I am very excited with the possibilities of a Rafe and Nicole pairing. I have wanted these two together for many many years. I really hope the writers give them a good storyline with lots of feeling and romance for those of us who have been waiting so long for this to happen. Who else wants to see these two FINALLY get together?

I do seem to be in the minority of my love for Nicole, but she has been my girl for decades. I was never an Ericole fan and believe that pairing has brought my girl down. I am very happy to see new potential on the horizon once again to put the spunky sass back into her. Eric dulled her down. I am ready for feisty Nicole who takes no prisoners to come back and I think Rafe might be a guy who could love her as she is.. he has sure had to do it with his sister Gabi, my other feisty girl. I would LOVE for Gabi and Nicole to team up together for some adventure. That would be awesome. |

Tying Nicole to Eric did her no favors. He always tried to put her into his vision of what a woman should be. Just because she loved him in her 20s doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be allowed to outgrow him. She and Rafe do share a goofy sense of humor. I would give them a chance. Nicole would be fine on her own but a soap always needs to match people up.

I agree with kathyj. Nicole needs a man who accepts her flaws. That's not Eric. I think Nicole could help Rafe loosen up and have fun. |

How do you think they will deal with Nicole being married to Eric? Kill him off, have Nicole or Eric cheat and get a divorce, or a divorce for another reason? Something happens the first week in February according to spoilers but they don’t say what. How would you like to see them deal with Nicole’s marriage?

Have Eric go missing and he is presumed dead with everyone thinking he's dead but he ends up alive...which opens up possibilities of a return down the road but sets up a Nicole, Rafe, Eric triangle when Eric returns in a recast capacity of course |

Did you see how cute they were together on Tuesday? I can not wait for them to show them on Friday. Rafe is supposed to open up to Nicole about how he is feeling since loosing Hope. Next week is supposed to be even better so I am very excited to watch these next two weeks. What did you think about Tuesday?
