Picturing Parker as the eTrade baby is cracking me up!!! I've been picturing Parker as the e*trade baby ever since we started having the ability to "hear" his thoughts in Chasing the Moon. I also hear the e*trade baby's voice in my head for Parker, but let's not talk about hearing voices in my head anymore. LOL.  |

I love Parker being the voice of reason. I'm glad to see both Chloe and Philip feeling bad about the argument. Hopefully they can both be honest with each other.

I love Parker in this chapter he seems to have more sense than Chloe and Philip! I hope Chloe and Philip make up can't wait to read MORE!

Note to self: Do NOT eat soup whilst reading Parker's thoughts. I almost spit it out on my monitor and then almost choked.
Then, I laughed out loud - very loud. And I'm at work. hehe

Okay like everyone else, I can't wait until Chloe tells Phillip everything!! Am also loving Parker and his comments. Reminds me of Bruce Willis in "Look Who's Talking". Oh great... now I am going to hear Bruce Willis when I read Parker's thoughts!!

This was my Author's Note at the outset of Chasing the Moon, the story that came before A Question of Love: Parker's Dialogue: Throughout this story, readers will get to “hear” Parker’s thoughts, the same way we heard Mikey’s thoughts in the movie "Look Who’s Talking." Note that, even though their reactions may make it seem like the adults hear his thoughts too, they do not. The readers are the only ones who know what Parker is thinking. Parker’s thoughts will be italicized throughout the story. Feel free to imagine that Parker sounds like Bruce Willis. PHILIP’S STUDY
Philip knew he should apologize to Chloe for the way he went off on her, but he needed to calm down first.
After a while, Philip saw a piece of paper being slipped under the door to the study. He picked it up and unfolded the note. He smiled as he read it. It was the same note he wrote to Chloe a couple days ago. It said “Forgive me” in his handwriting, and underneath, in Chloe’s handwriting, it said, “If you can forgive me, please come to the living room.”
Philip went into the living room where Chloe was waiting. She clicked the remote control, and the sound system started playing Leann Rimes singing “I Need You.” He watched as she walked toward him and he couldn’t help but smile. When she finally reached him, she put her hands around the back of his neck and kissed him sensually. He put his arms around her and completely forgot why they were fighting. Still holding him, Chloe looked at Philip sheepishly.
Chloe: I’m really sorry about what happened before.
Philip: Me too.
Chloe: Sometimes I feel insecure.
Philip: So do I, obviously. ... But Chloe, you shouldn’t feel insecure. You have no reason to. I love you. Only you.
Chloe: That’s good, because ... Do you remember when I told you that I didn’t think any man would ever want to marry me after ... after the things I did?
Philip: I remember you saying that.
Chloe: Do you think it’s true?
Philip smiled.
Philip: No. Absolutely not.
Chloe: In that case ...
Chloe took a deep breath and stepped back. Her heart was pounding like crazy as she got down on one knee and held Philip’s hand. His jaw dropped.
Chloe: Philip Kiriakis, you’re the most amazing man I’ve ever known. You made me believe in true love again. I love you with all my heart and I want to spend my whole life with you. Will you marry me, Philip?
Philip was shocked and nearly dizzy. He felt his voice catch in his throat.
Philip: Chloe.
Chloe: Will you?

I am SPEECHLESS Chloe proposed to Philip! Girl now I know you in love with him! I don't know if I'm happy she propsed to him cuz I want Phloe to get married but I kinda think Chloe should've waited on Philip to propose to her. I mean it was only a matter of time before he proposed to her. Now they're engaged not exactly how I pictured it but I know Philip will say yes if he doesn't faint of shock! Good chapter girl you got me SHOCKED!
