Thank you so much for posting two chapters today. I liked Phillip's answers too, especially when he asked her how come he's the only one she hasn't said yes to.
You write Chloe's insecurity so well and I can understand why Phillip gets so frustrated.

Boy dod I miss out yesterday. Loved the chapters Kpatch. Parker is so cute and a great sports fan. Loved how he used Hockey, Baseball, and Footfall. Looking forward to Momday. Can't wait to see what Chloe has to say to Philip. Any Previews. You have lots of Almond Joys so I can offer 100% poof rum.

PHILIP’S STUDY
Philip fumed in his study for the next hour, opening and slamming desk drawers. He was angry at Chloe for questioning his feelings for her, but he was angrier at himself for losing his temper when what she really needed was reassurance. Instead he was sarcastic and he turned on her, and he hated himself for it. She didn’t deserve that. She may not be as fragile as Brady thinks she is, but she’s also not as strong as she used to be. He knew he should apologize, but he needed to calm down first.
PARKER’S ROOM
Chloe stood there with tear-filled eyes. She looked at Parker and read his thoughts by the look on his face.
Parker: Aw, Ma, why did you have to pick a fight with Daddy like that?
Chloe: I don’t know why I do that. I guess I let my insecurities get the best of me.
Parker: You need to give it a rest, Mommy. He loves you so much.
Chloe: I mean, I know he loves me. I shouldn’t make him justify it all the time.
Parker: No, you shouldn’t. I hate it when you and Daddy fight. I’m afraid I’m going to lose everything we’ve worked so hard to build.
Chloe: Oh my angel, don’t look so worried. Your mommy and daddy love each other. And nothing’s ever going to change that.
Parker: Whew, that’s a relief. But you should be telling Daddy too.
Chloe: Oh my god. Oh my god, Parker. I need to tell him what I’m thinking. Can you stay in here and be quiet for a little while?
Chloe left Parker in his crib and he hoisted himself to a standing position.
Parker: Alone at last. Just a man and his thoughts. And a smartphone with an e*trade app. Let’s see what Titan's price-per-share was at today’s market close. ... Nobody knows the trouble I’ve seen.

Love that little kids can work smart phones I Pads and every other tech device better then most adults can. Jost adored Chloe and Parker's talk. So happy that Chloe is going to tell Philip that she loves him. Philip and Chloe can have another make up scene. Thanks for the super start to my day Kpatch.

Poor Phillip. He shouldn't be so hard on himself. Chloe needed to hear exactly that. Truth hurts and if she can't handle the truth, then she's not ready to handle the real world. Loved that Phillip called her out on him being the only one she's never said 'Yes' to in the previous chapter.
And Parker is just entirely too cute for words!!!
