This is just a rumor but I like it.
Evan is David Ridgeway's father. He's from the west coast and Jordan was in California before she came back to Salem. He goes through some of Rafe's paperwork. He's also bisexual. He may or may not know he is David's father. He is the one who killed Jordan.

That would make Evan more interesting, all except for the part about him killing Jordan. Tired of all these characters being murderers, like that's okay.
