Who do you see getting pregnant in Salem? The last person to be pregnant on the show was Abby but she's leaving so who does that leave?

Sarah. A one-night stand with Xander is most likely a guaranteed pregnancy. With how angry she was before that and how determined she was to get back at Rex by sleeping with someone, I doubt she was thinking about protection.

I think it’s gabi cuz she says over and over she can’t have kids, in soaps it’s usually code for a “miracle baby” only it’s not really cuz Kayla said it ,igniting be hard not didn’t say she couldn’t......
Baby stories are over done I personally hope no one for a while

Not that I want to see it happen, but I'll go with a Gabi/Stefan baby. Although I feel no real chemistry between these two, the show seems to be pushing them in that direction, and Gabi believing she can't have kids means she won't feel the need to use any birth control.
On a side note I have two cousins, each of whom was told after having surgery that they most likely couldn't get pregnant without IVF, and both of them ended up with unexpected kids!

Yeah but maybe she missed a day or two...well women do go off of birth control on certain days but then what do I know? However, if Sarah is pregnant then Xander no doubt has to be the father. Depends on how far along she is because then a slim chance Rex could be the father.
