Great chapter Kpatch. There were so many LOL lines. I loved EJ's line about where does Stefano find these bloody morons. Way to go Lucas!!

SALEM INN
Even though his work here was done, Lucas had sort of become addicted to watching what was going on across the street and he couldn’t stop. Within a few minutes he saw Chloe knock on Sami’s door.
Lucas: What the hell is she doing there?
Sami answered the door and Chloe entered. Sami’s body language said she wasn’t happy to see Chloe and was impatient for her to leave. Chloe led Sami over to the window and pointed toward the hotel.
Lucas: Huh? What’s she up to now?
Sami strained to see what Chloe was pointing at. She nodded her head a few times and appeared to soften toward Chloe. Sami gestured toward the kids bedroom and Chloe nodded yes. Chloe handed something to Sami who hurried out of the apartment.
Lucas fumbled for his cell phone and when he couldn’t find it, he wheeled himself over the hotel room phone.
Lucas: Damn, I have Chloe’s phone number programmed into my cell but I don’t know it by heart.
A minute later, Lucas heard the door open. To his surprise, Sami entered his hotel room using the key card that Chloe must have given her.
Lucas: Sami! What are you doing here?
Lucas couldn’t even stop to think about what was going on before Sami jumped into his lap.
Sami: Shut up Lucas. Just shut up and kiss me.
Lucas did what he was told.

I am not surprised by this... Even on the real show she doesn't truly love Rafe. She only loves the idea of Rafe... Yes, she truly loves Lucas!!! WOO HOO!!

Fortunately Kpatch only writes for the "Real" Sami so in that case, I'm happy ... and I don't know what Chloe said to Sami but Lucas may want to thank her later.

Lucas is standing near the window. His cast if off and he’s on crutches. There’s a knock at the door and Chloe enters. She sees Lucas and a couple of suitcases.
Chloe: Lucas! You’re up and around. That’s fabulous! You leaving?
Lucas: Yup. I’m moving across the street.
Chloe: You’re moving in with Sami?
Lucas: Correctamundo.
Chloe: What about Rafe?
Lucas: He’s history. Say, what did you tell Sami the other day that made her come over here?
Chloe: Not much. Just that you were in the hotel and had a broken leg and you’ve been watching Sami’s apartment for weeks and that you’re still hung up on her.
Lucas: What???
Chloe: Well I couldn’t very well lie.
There’s a knock on the door and the bellhop enters.
Bellhop: Is this everything?
Lucas: Yes. Just those two suitcases.
Bellhop: And they’re going to the apartment building across the street, is that correct?
Lucas: Yes, Apartment 4B.
Bellhop: I’ll take care of it.
The bellhop picks up the luggage and leaves.
Lucas: Well, thanks Chloe. I couldn’t have done it all without you.
Chloe: We made a pretty good team, didn’t we?
Lucas: We certainly did.
Chloe: If you ever need a partner in crime again, just think of me as your beck-and-call girl.
Lucas: Hmmm. Speaking of calls ... just a sec.
Lucas picks up the receiver of the hotel room telephone and dials a number.
Chloe: What are you doing?
He waits and listens for an answer.
Lucas: Hey Philip, it’s me. Yeah yeah yeah. Listen up. You know that mother of ours? From now on, she’s persona non grata. You understand me? I’m disowning her and so are you. For good. … And you know that mother of Parker’s? You’re going to give her shared custody. Well, I’m making it my business little brother. Hold on. There’s someone here who wants to talk to you. Be nice.
Lucas hands Chloe the phone, kisses her on the head and leaves the hotel room.
Chloe: Philip? Hi. Yeah, I know that was weird. It’s a long story. How’s my sweet baby boy? No silly, not you. I mean our son. Really? Yes of course I want to talk to him. What? Do you mean that? I would love to come see you both in Chicago. I can be there tomorrow.
As Chloe talks to Philip on the phone, she looks out the window and sees Lucas enter Sami’s apartment across the street. Sami hugs him and ushers him into the living room. They look like they are getting into some kind of heated discussion when Lucas grabs Sami and kisses her. He reaches for the window blinds and closes them.

Wait the end? What about Rafe and Rafe2? So glad Lucas arronged for a good ending for Chloe and glad he is with Sami (although she doesn't deserve him) but what about Rafe? Is he headed avoer to my house?  |
