Grant Harvey, last seen as Grant on The Secret Life of the American Teenager, has been cast in the recurring role of Artie. His first air date is November 3.
A former model, Harvey has also appeared on the documentary/reality series The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency. However, his good looks won't be the focal point of his Days of Our Lives role.
Surprisingly, Harvey has been cast against type by the show's brass. In fact, he'll be playing a nerdy co-ed, who resides at the campus dorm.

Why are we wasting time on new kids when we should be casting for Jack Jr.? I agree. Maybe they wanted someone who isn't related to anyone in Salem. At least not that we know of yet. |

I agree they should be thinking of casting JJ instead of someone new,especially if what I think is coming actually happens.Jack's gonna need his entire family.BUT I'm hopeful that this new character is at least given something good to do.

I wonder if JJ will be put in that age group if he's actually cast. They can SORAS him since he hasn't been seen since he was very young.
