Who's doing something fun for Super Bowl?
What fun foods are you making?

I wish it wasn't always on Sunday night.
I don't have anything planned yet.

I’ll be watching with my mom and sister at her place in AL. I found a recipe for vegetarian portobello “cheesesteaks”. I think we’re going to try to make those. That probably doesn’t sound good to meat eaters but they looked good and we have to have cheesesteaks to honor the Eagles. Even if they’re veggie ones. We’ll probably also have some other things too.

wendylou, love the idea of cheesesteaks, but we'll do the real ones. Thinking of some sort of chicken wings too.

Well hubby made the wings. I didn't want to hurt his feelings but they were just meh. I would have made them better but he wanted to make them.
Did anyone else watch the NFL Honors last night? I was so happy for JJ Watt. We love him down here!

Exciting game. Congratulations Eagles. sportsgirl, yes, I watched NFL Honors. JJ Watt is amazing. I felt bad for Greg Olsen. Second year he didn't win.

I cautiously went to a friend's house for the superbowl. It was a relatively small crowd and there didn't appear to be any sickness. I sat in the main room for part of the first quarter but then ended up in the front room with another tv and only 3-4 people at most. Had a good time and got out of the house. I was fairly disappointed in most of the commercials and ended up online watching my clydesdales. LOL.
