Does anyone else use the NBC app to watch Days? If so, are you having any problems with it? For some reason, the last few times I've tried to use it, it keeps blacking out and crashing in the middle of episodes. I went back to the beginning of the Halloween episode three times before I finally gave up on watching it last night because it kept crashing. I'm just trying to judge if it's the app or if it's my ipad starting to fail.

Last time I tried to use it, it never got past the loading screen. I tried turning off WiFi and using my phone's data plan and it didn't make a difference. I gave up.
However, I got a notification on my phone today that the app just updated so I'm wondering if it will work properly now.

It either takes too long or just keeps spinning until it crashes. If you're having the same issues, then that means it's probably them. That's good to know because I rely on the app to watch the show. I'm at work when it's on, and I can't DVR it and watch it on TV because other family members are always using the TV with the DVR player at the time of day when I have time to watch it. The app is the easiest way for me.

I've never had a problem with the app but I haven't used it for about two months.
Hopefully the app update helps.

I'm still trying to figure out if I can even use the app. I have a smart TV, smartphone, tablet, laptop and desktop. Can anyone tell me on which of these the app will work?

UhSir The app should work with a smartphone or tablet. I don't know what a smart TV is or how it works. When I am on my laptop I watch at nbc.com/days-of-our-lives. Or if I want to watch when it is airing I got to nbc.com/live. I have to sign in with my ID from my cable provider on the website to watch live. I can't remember if I had to do that to use the app.

I watch Days on the app with a Roku hooked up to my TV. I haven't had any problems lately but the last time I watched it was Tuesday night I think.
I did notice my app had updated lately, you know, it look different then it used to. Maybe you can try seeing if there's an update of the app on your phone or tablet and that would help???

I have watched on my Android phone with the NBC app.
On my Kindle I used to watch on the Comcast app.

I didn't get any notifications about an update, but I think the app fixed itself. It crashed the first time I tried to use it last night, but after the second try, it played through two episodes with no problem.

I don't have the app, but I've been having some issues with their website only playing about half the episode and then starting all over again. Then one of the other sites that I watch on, the volume just drops right in the middle of one of the scenes. If I"m not actually watching the screen (which usually I'm just listening), I end up missing most of the show.

The app has been terrible for me over this last week. I have had to start watching the show on the daily motion (which I can only get to work on my laptop) because NBC keeps crashing anywhere from five to ten minutes into the show. Is anyone else having this problem now?

I don't use the app anymore now that Days is available on-demand on Comcast if my DVR malfunctions.

Is anyone else having this problem now? I still have to use the app but I agree it’s terrible. Once I get an episode to start it’s usually okay but I have SO much trouble getting the episodes to start. I keep getting a message that there was an error loading the episode. I have to try several times. It’s VERY frustrating. I wish they’d do a better job with their app.

I have used the app a couple times recently. Their website isn't much better. It will suddenly and randomly display a screen saying the live stream is not available while I'm watching live. So I usually have to use the app at some point. It works okay for me but like wendylou said it takes forever to load when I start
