Anyone else have their team in the playoffs? I love how my Astros have been demolishing the Red Sox... 1 more game and we continue on!

Well, my favorite baseball teams are the Phillies and the Royals so I’m not really watching, just kind of paying attention. I suppose I’m rooting for not the Yankees.

My Cubbies are ruining my nails again this year!

Looks like I am the sole family member rooting for the Astros. Everyone else wants the Yankees. This ALCS is going to kill me, even my hubby is rooting for the Yanks. I just told him I don't want to hear one cheer or one woo hoo. Hopefully he will never have a reason too.

I'm rooting for the Astros. Hubby has cousins who are Astros fans. When they were in the NL they had thing going with every game the Cubs and Astros played in the season would be $1 for the winning team. They'd tally up at the end of the year. They had a card they would send back and forth to each other and it actually worked out that whoever "won" ended up "losing" the next year. The Astros moving to the AL ended that. So it will be wonderful if they both end up in the Series together!

Last night's game was a killer, thankful for the win. I deliberately stayed off Facebook until it was over. Funny how all my family & friends were so quiet! Go Astros!!!

The Dodgers are killing the Cubbies in Game 5 tonight. (Sorry UhSir!)

Thanks Kpatch. It's been a painful series the whole way. My guys just don't seem to be coming to win. They aren't hitting (as exciting as homeruns are, you can't win games on them alone) and the pitchers aren't throwing strikes. I won't give up on them until the final out but it's sure not very promising.

Congrats to the Dodgers. I heard it’s their first time to the World Series in 29 years. I was surprised it’s been that’s long. Sorry about the Cubs UhSir.

Thanks wendylou. Wow, that is a lot longer than I'd thought for the Dodgers. Makes sense why they played so much harder for it. And having the chance to reverse the roles from last year was even more incentive. Come on Astros!

Thanks UhSir! Yes, let's go Astros. They have never won a World Series and it's time, actually over time! We need all the wishes we can get to win tonight & tomorrow.

I didn't know the Astros never won. I remember the '86 Mets playing the Astros in a nailbiter championship series. When is the next game? Tonight?
