Would have been strange if Days writers had won since they were fired.

Marci and Billy did a good job presenting. That lipstick was way too red for her though.

Congratulations to Kate Mansi!!
I was hoping Vincent Irizarry would win for Best Actor. I'm disappointed that John Aniston didn't win either.
Thanks for the updates ladies!

Thank you Kpatch and sportsgirl. I tried to follow the stream but it kept buffering so I gave up. I don't understand why this couldn't have been picked up by some one of the hundreds of channels out there. Seems to me like the industry is shooting itself in the foot.

At one point some guy in charge of the Daytime Emmys came out and bragged about how this event has grown over the years from a hotel room to being in this huge Pasadena Venue.. I yelled at him "yeah and so many people can't even watch it".
Basically it was a waste of time... Days only had the 1 Emmy for Kate Mansi and ironic how she isn't even on the show. But I did think that Marci Miller looked very pretty.

Thanks for posting the winners list sportsgirl. Basically it was a waste of time. I agree. It was very blah and just filled with the usual blather, self-love and self-celebration. It reminded me why I've stopped watching awards shows. Sheryl Underwood was inappropriate and Mary Hart was long winded and full of herself. I lost any respect I might have ever had for Hart after that speech (which I muted half-way through it). UhSir, there was a notice on Facebook to change the settings to a different resolution if you had problems with buffering. But really, you didn't miss anything.

I'm happy for Kate Mansi. I wish John Aniston or some of the others had won but I am honestly glad that the show itself didn't win. It's horrible right now IMO and they don't need any awards telling them differently. And I'm sorry but if James L. had won his category it would have been a travesty.
I hope the show is working hard to improve and have a much better chance next year.

It was sad itself Days had no woman nominated as best leading actress.
