I would much rather he came back to DOOL if he was going back to daytime. I would to the only reason I suggested AMC is because the online schedule might not so much be a full time gig and could allow him to pursue other opportunities such as prime time or films. |

Oh, right! I forgot about AMC being picked up as an online show! Yeah maybe he can get a gig with AMC and earn a steady paycheck, and at the same time pursue better opportunities for himself. I would like to see him on DOOL just because I love Jay's portrayal of Philip, but Jay has never really been given the respect there that he deserves as a leading man. I know there under new people now, but I don't know if I will ever be able to trust them. |

I agree with him not being given the proper respect on dool. I would hate to see him on any other soap and If he decided to go back into daytime I would hope that he would come back. Philip is his character and cannot be portrayed by anyone other then JKJ

Philip is his character and cannot be portrayed by anyone other then JKJ I agree that no one else should play Philip but Jay, but if they are not going to make him a priority and give him the same importance as E.J. and Rafe than I don't know if it is worth it for him to come back. Selfishly I would love it just to see his face a couple of times a week, but I want his amazing acting chops to be utilized to the fullist. |
