Have you been watching or checking in on April the pregnant giraffe? I've been checking in on her for two weeks, ever since one of my friends posted about her.

It's probably just wishful thinking but I kind of think she MIGHT be in labor. I mean, don't know what giraffe labor looks like but it seems like she keeps standing like she's going to the bathroom but isn't, etc.
I usually check in in the morning at night etc but it's slow at work so I decided to check in. I hope it all goes well and I can't wait to see the little baby.

It's pretty cute when someone up by the camera feeds her and she gets right in your face but yeah, until she has the baby it's pretty uneventful.

I read on another site that the animal Park said the baby is sticking out & the birth should be anytime now.

Yes, Kpatch he is. There's more info under the video. They get to play together sometimes. The other day when I checked in they were in the same pen while his was being cleaned. They were kind of playing and stuff. It was cute. Not quite so boring. |

April just laid down. I've never seen her do that during daytime before. Makes me think this is IT!

She was down last night too.. maybe soon?
Oh too funny. I saw her really moving around and flipping her tail. Then the tail raised up and could it be? Nope, she just pooped instead.
