I wish I had a friend to go with me.. I read the books, but not seen any of the movies yet.

Was the first movie any good? I tried to read the book but couldn't even finish it. Maybe it's just not my thing.

I read the trilogy when I was stuck home for 7 weeks with a fractured hip. It was the perfect solution to a totally bored & going nuts time of my life.

I went to the first one by myself sportsgirl. My husband has no interest in seeing these movies. I went early in the day and the theater was relatively empty. Maybe a couple dozen people. I saw Darker today with my neighbors.

I didn't read the books. The first movie was good, very raunchy, probably because I'd never seen a movie quite like that, one that focused so much on sex and bdsm. I liked the second one better actually. It had more of a story and the relationship was established and it had some humor to it.

I haven't seen the second movie yet. The second and third books were much better than the first one. They had a lot more story to them.

I've read the books and watched the 1st movie. The 1st book was so much better than the movie was. I was very disappointed in the movie so haven't decided if I want to venture out to see the 2nd movie. More than likely I will wait until its out of theaters before watching it.
