It's almost like a holiday, isn't it?
What are you making? Where are you going? What are you doing, if anything.
I also posted a poll.

Honestly, I'm not a big football fan. I usually buy some squares at work for the football pots but that's about it. I usually watch the Superbowl for the commercials anyway.....especially the Budweiser commercials.
This year, I'll be at the bowling alley during the game. Had an invitation to go to a friend's house, but because he lives 2 hours away and I have to pick the boys up from their dad at 6, there's just now way for me to go.

Staying home and rooting for the Falcons.. Still deciding on the menu though. The game is right here in Houston and so exciting seeing all the activities in the city. I am in the burbs. I just hope no boobs pop out like the last one here. LOL!

I don't think I have sufficient attention span to watch football. Don't the games go on forever? I will probably watch the puppy bowl.

We're staying home. I've got a whole menu of fun foods planned.
I'm making ...
Ham and cheese rollup appetizers, except I'm going to substitute salami or bologna for the ham. Thank you sportsgirl for sharing the recipe on Facebook. Cobb salad. I know it's odd, but somewhere along the way it became our traditional Super Bowl dinner. Fresh bread Plum crumb cake
Looking forward to the game too!

Actually it looks like I will be rooting for a score.. I am in our Super Bowl and I really really would love to win one of these sometime!!! I might also make the ham roll-ups & I hope they are as tasty as they look.

My mother told me that she has been told by her friends to root for the Falcons. I personally have no care about any football team but I always try to watch at least the Super Bowl. I root for both teams. It's always good fun however it ends up.

I'm rooting for the Falcons but mostly I just want a good game. It's the Super Bowl! I just hate it when they are lopsided blowouts. Hope we also see some good commercials. It seems like they're haven't been many really good ones the past few years. And of course, looking forward to the half-time show.

I didn't watch much of the first half but I'm happy that the Falcons are playing well.

I can not believe the Falcons blew that lead. Just when I thought it was getting boring. First overtime in Super Bowl history.
