Maggie brings files from the Spa to the police station, hoping to find clues that will help them find Melanie.

2012-07-26 Maggie, Victor
Victor tells Daniel to let him know if there's anything he can do to help find Melanie. Then he wants to talk about him being with Nicole. Nicole comes to the mansion, having been summoned by Victor. Maggie regretfully tells her she'd accidentally told Victor about Nicole and Daniel being together. She tells Nicole that Victor's not happy about it but she is. Victor is ranting at Daniel when the ladies enter the room. Maggie is upset that he didn't tell her about calling Daniel and Nicole there. He says she was already too upset. She says she was upset about Melanie being missing. She pokes him and says he knows that's what it was. She apologizes to Daniel. He reaches out to console her but she turns right back around and yells at Victor some more. She apologizes to Daniel again and Victor says he's not sorry. Daniel gets a call and goes out of the room. Maggie runs after him. Nicole starts to leave but Victor has a few words for her. She tells him that Rafe is the father of her baby. Maggie's a nervous wreck and Daniel comforts her. Victor is ragging on Nicole when Maggie comes in and tells him to stop. Nicole and Daniel leave. Maggie tells Victor he's driving Daniel away. He says he's trying to protect Daniel. Maggie begs him to stop behaving like this while Melanie is missing. Victor apologizes and hugs her.

2012-07-27 Maggie, Victor
At the fundraiser for autism, in honor of Lexie, Maggie is anxious being there while Melanie is missing. Victor tells her Melanie would want her to be there. Later, Victor makes a comment about Nicole and Maggie, frustrated, tells him not to start again. He apologizes but she knows he doesn't mean it. They sit and watch couples dancing. Victor asks if she wants to dance but she asks him to just hold her. Madison arrives and asks if they've heard from Brady. Ian harasses her. John tells him to back off. Daniel arrives and tells Maggie he's going back out to look for Melanie. He hugs Maggie and notices Victor's reaction to seeing Nicole across the room. He says he'll be taking Nicole home and tells Victor to keep quiet. A short time later, explosions rock the ballroom.

2012-08-17 Maggie
Maggie finds Melanie at the hospital after the explosion. Later she talks with Daniel about Melanie and Nicole.

2012-08-20 Maggie
Melanie is in a panic because her kidnapper was brought into the hospital. Daniel goes to the room and finds him dead.

2012-08-21 Maggie
Maggie visits Jennifer and finds out that Jack is dead. Later, she tells Daniel and tries to make him go see Jennifer.

2012-08-22 Maggie
Maggie helps Jennifer around the house. Hope tells Maggie some news that will upset Melanie.

2012-08-24 Maggie, Victor
Maggie finds Victor at Brady Pub and asks him if he's seen Melanie. He doesn't answer and she asks what's wrong. He tells her that Madison died in the explosion. Maggie worries about Brady. Victor is too because Brady has known since it happened. He asks Maggie what she was upset about when she came in. She tells him that Nick is getting a parole hearing. They go home and talk with Brady. Later, Maggie heads out to give Melanie the news about Nick. Maggie worries how she'll take it. Victor says Melanie is tough. Maggie gives him a quick kiss and leaves. When she's gone, Victor tells Brady that he can arrange for Ian to "meet with an accident." Brady declines. Victor tells him he understands what he's going through and is available if he needs someone to talk to. Julie finds Melanie at the hospital and tells her about Nick.

2012-08-27 Maggie
Melanie starts to panic as Julie keeps on about Nick. Maggie storms in and makes Julie stop. Maggie apologizes to Melanie for not telling her first. Melanie has to get back to work. Maggie is shocked that Julie did this. Julie tries to tells her that she thought Melanie already knew. She apologizes and Maggie tells her to stay away from Melanie. Julie tells Maggie if she cares about Nick then she'll talk to Melanie. Maggie says she'll leave that up to Melanie. Later, Maggie talks to Melanie about Julie and Nick. She takes Melanie home then goes to the prison. Julie shows up and they talk to Nick.

2012-08-28 Maggie
Nick tells Maggie and Julie that he's decided to cancel the parole hearing. Maggie tells him it's for him to decide but she would like him to talk about it with Marlena first.

2012-08-29 Maggie
Hope talks to Maggie about supporting Nick for parole. Maggie tells her she's not convinced that Nick is truly changed. Marlena shows up and tells Maggie that she thinks Nick is ready for parole. Marlena asks if she'd like her to talk to Melanie. Maggie thinks that would be good.

2012-08-30 Victor
Victor stops by The Coffee Bean for an espresso and to check on Sonny. Later at home, Brady comes in and tells Victor he wants to come back to Titan. Victor is glad. He tells him about Nick.

2012-08-31 Maggie, Victor
Daniel asks Maggie if Nicole can stay at the mansion for a short time. Maggie says yes. Daniel wonders about Victor but she assures him she can handle him. When Maggie gets home, Victor is in a wonderful mood and wants to take Maggie out to celebrate. She works up the courage to tell him but as soon as she starts to say Nicole's name he emphatically says "No!" She keeps trying. Victor responds with a list of reasons. Maggie works it from every angle but Victor won't budge. They're yelling at each other when a shocked Jennifer comes into the room and tells them she heard them outside. They go back to arguing until Jennifer jumps in saying she'll take Nicole in.

2012-09-04 Maggie
Maggie visits Nick in prison. Later, she's waiting with the others outside of the parole hearing room.

2012-09-06 Maggie, Victor
Nick's parole is granted. Meanwhile, Brady tells Kate she's being promoted to CEO of Mad World. Victor comes in and tells Brady that Nick is being paroled. Brady takes off. Victor and Kate chat about the good old days. Back at the prison, Maggie visits with Nick. Later, Brady comes to the prison looking for Melanie. Maggie tells him that Melanie testified in Nick's favor and Brady accuses Maggie of convincing her to do it. When she gets home, she and Victor are talking about the situation when Daniel arrives. He apologizes to Maggie. Daniel and Victor leave. Brady comes in and compares Nick to Ian. He believes prison has made Nick worse.

2012-09-10 Maggie
Hope asks Maggie if Nick can stay at Kiriakis mansion for awhile. His parole terms require him to stay in the jurisdiction and live with a family member. Maggie agrees to let him stay. Later, Melanie comes to see Maggie. Henderson goes to tell Maggie.

2012-09-11 Maggie
At the mansion, Melanie is shocked to see Nick there. Maggie rushes in and apologizes then tells her that Nick will be staying there. She asks Nick to leave then explains to Melanie she had been trying to call her. Maggie is a wreck and Melanie makes an excuse then hurries out of the house. Maggie and Nick talk about the situation. He tells her he'll stay away from Melanie then he leaves to go look for a job. Later, Daniel comes in while Maggie is trying to explain to a very upset Brady about Nick living there. She tells Daniel about Melanie.

2012-09-14 Maggie
Melanie tells Maggie that she and Chad are engaged. Maggie is worried. Melanie says they don't have a date set, they're planning a long engagement. Later, Nicole comes over to thank Maggie for offering to let her live there. Maggie suspected Nicole had some other motive. Nicole says she thinks Jennifer should take a vacation out of town and that Maggie should go with her. Maggie says she'll leave that up to Jennifer then she shows Nicole out the door.

2012-09-20 Maggie, Victor
Brady comes in and says he just found out Melanie is getting married in two weeks and asks Maggie what wedding. She tells him Melanie and Chad. Victor comes in and asks if Melanie has gone crazy. Victor sees that Maggie is upset and tells her to admit that she's not happy for Melanie. She agrees. Victor starts to make a phone call but Brady and Maggie try to stop him. He starts to give an order over the phone but Maggie takes it away from him. She and Brady think Melanie is doing it because of Nick. Brady go out to try and talk Chad into putting off the wedding. Victor wants to go but Maggie says it's better if he stays home. Maggie goes out and Victor eyeballs the phone. He's about to reach for it when Maggie looks back in and says no. She blows a kiss and leaves. Maggie talks with Melanie about holding off the wedding. Melanie is tired of everyone talking about Nick. Maggie finally gives Melanie her support. Meanwhile at the mansion, Victor comes into the living room and finds Kate making martinis. She's there to talk business but she see's Victor is "in a mood" and she wonders if he and Maggie are fighting. He explains about Melanie, Chad and Nick. He would like to simply take care of Nick. Kate asks if Maggie said no. Maggie walks in and tells Kate she has ten seconds to get out. Victor wants to explain but Maggie puts her hand up, says she loves him, then kisses him.

2012-09-21 Maggie
Maggie confides in Adrienne that she lied to Melanie about being supportive of the wedding. Later, she meets with Melanie for her dress alterations.

2012-09-24 Maggie
Melanie tells Maggie that she talked to Nick and everything is okay with them.

2012-09-25 Maggie
Maggie and Daniel talk about their mutual anxiety about the wedding. Maggie goes home and finds Nick beaten up. She's worried about him violating parole. Gabi says he didn't fight back. Maggie demands to know who did it. Neither will answer and Maggie believes it was Chad. She asks if Melanie knows. Gabi says yes and Chad is with her. Maggie tells Nick to have Henderson help him then she rushes out the door. Maggie interrupts Melanie and Chad. Melanie tells Chad to leave. She tells Maggie the wedding is off.

Maggie checks on Melanie.

Melanie tells Maggie and Daniel that she's leaving today to go see her mom. She asks Maggie to give her engagement ring to Chad.

2012-10-02 Maggie
Maggie slips an envelope under Chad's door. Later, at the pub, Maggie chats with Nick. Caroline comes by and Maggie thanks her for giving Nick the job. Caroline is confused and says she just needed a dishwasher. After Maggie leaves Gabi mentions to Caroline that Maggie will miss Melanie. Caroline remarks she should hate Maggie for marrying her Shawn but Maggie's just too nice. Gabi tries to clarify but Caroline gets angry. Later, Maggie visits with Daniel.

2012-10-04 Maggie, Victor
Maggie visits with Jennifer. Later, when she gets home, Victor has a brunch set up with all of her favorite foods. She thanks him and gives him a kiss. He was hoping to distract her from missing Melanie. She says she's also worried about Daniel and feels helpless. She asks him to hold her.

2012-10-05 Maggie
Maggie chats with Nick at is new job. Later at the mansion, Daniel is not happy that Maggie went to Jennifer about things he told her in confidence. Maggie apologizes. Later, Maggie is watching Ciara when Bo and Hope arrive.

2012-10-08 Victor
At Common Grounds, Victor notices Sonny and Will holding hands. Sonny sees Victor and asks a barista to get the bag of coffee from his desk. Victor asks Sonny if he and Will are more than friends. He goes over to Will's table and invites him to visit him and Maggie. Back at the mansion, Daniel talks to Victor about being a godfather.

2012-10-10 Maggie
Daniel tells Maggie that he's leaving Salem.

2012-10-11 Maggie, Victor
Victor calls Daniel and says he has a high fever and wants him to come over. Daniel rushes to the mansion and discovers Victor is not sick. Maggie comes in wondering about the commotion. Victor wants to know why Daniel didn't tell him he was leaving town. He's also mad about Daniel telling Maggie then making her keep quiet about it. Victor had made Maggie tell him because she was crying. Daniel apologizes to Maggie. She asks why he's leaving. He tells her that he and Nicole are moving to Utah. Victor continues berating him. Maggie begs Victor to stop. She doesn't want Daniel to leave angry. Daniel tells them he's leaving and they won't change his mind.

2012-10-12 Maggie, Victor
The argument with Daniel continues. Maggie tries to keep Victor civil. Daniel gets a call from Brady that Nicole was in an accident. He leaves and Maggie and Victor follow. At the hospital, Brady tells Maggie and Victor what happened. Roman questions Brady. Daniel comes out and mentions that Nicole says Jennifer pushed her down the stairs. Maggie refuses to believe it.

2012-10-17 Maggie, Victor
Maggie and Victor talk with Brady. None of them believe that Jennifer pushed Nicole. Maggie takes the blame for putting Jennifer into the situation with Nicole. Brady leaves. Maggie grabs her purse and Victor asks where she's going. She wants to hear Jennifer's side of the story. Later, Maggie chats with Hope about Bo. She starts to leave and gives Hope a hug. Hope starts to cry. Maggie realizes it's not about Jennifer and she asks if Bo is sick. Hope tells her no. Maggie can see she doesn't want to talk so she starts to leave and notices that Hope was checking about an elder care center on her computer. Meanwhile, Victor goes to Brady Pub and talks with Bo about his quitting the police department. Upstairs, Caroline calls out to Shawn, asking him if he's still down there.

2012-10-18 Maggie, Victor
Hope closes the laptop and tells Maggie she wasn't supposed to see that. Maggie understands and mentions she noticed that Caroline wasn't herself the last time they'd met. Hope asks her to not tell anyone. Meanwhile, Caroline is calling out to Shawn as she comes downstairs. Bo tells Victor to let him handle her. When she comes down she's surprised to see Victor. Bo asks if she'd like some tea. Victor suggests a glass of port. They sit and chat about Bo and things changing or staying the same. Bo joins them and Caroline tells them she's lucky to have them in her life. She says the port is making her woozy so she should go up to bed. Victor thanks her for the memories and she kisses him. After she goes, Victor tells Bo he's sorry. Bo insists she's going to be fine. He's uncomfortable talking about it and tries to get Victor to leave. Victor tells Bo he's proud of him. He hugs him as Bo tries not to cry and Maggie and Hope come into the pub. Later, Maggie and Victor walk through the square and Victor asks if she's okay. She says with him she can handle anything. She asks how he's doing. He tells her he's grateful for everything. She kisses him and he hugs her. At the pub, Bo tells Hope about Caroline's reaction to seeing Victor.

2012-10-22 Maggie
Maggie tells Daniel it's good news that Jennifer is home. Daniel is going crazy about Jennifer going to jail because Nicole insists that Jennifer pushed her. He thinks she's doing it to suppress the grief of losing the baby. Later, Maggie goes to check on Jennifer.

2012-10-29 Maggie, Victor
Bo brings some of Ciara's things to the mansion. He tells Maggie and Victor that he's taking Caroline to California for treatment. He's leaving today and asks if they can help Hope with Ciara.

2012-10-31 Maggie
Jennifer tells Maggie that the charges against her might be dropped. She asks Maggie to try and stop Daniel from leaving town with Nicole.

2012-11-01 Maggie
Jennifer begs Maggie to try talking to Daniel again. Maggie calls Daniel and he comes right over. They argue about his reason for going away with Nicole. Maggie says it's all her fault for telling him that Nicole will never forgive Jennifer. Daniel says he won't change his mind. As he's leaving, Jennifer comes up. He tells her and Maggie to stay out of his life.

2012-11-02 Victor
Victor is displeased with Daniel for upsetting Maggie again. He asks what can he do make him stay. Daniel says his mind is made up. Daniel says he won't change his mind but it won't be forever. He tells Victor he'll always be part of his life. Victor hugs him.

2012-11-05 Victor
Victor tells Nicole that she's not going anywhere. She says he can't order her around. He sarcastically apologizes and says please. He offers her money to leave town alone. She says she's in love with Daniel. Victor says she isn't capabale of loving. Nicole throws him out.

2012-11-06 Victor
Victor asks Brady to help him with Daniel. He wants Brady to "sacrifice" himself by seducing Nicole aways from Daniel. Brady refuses and reminds Victor that she just lost her baby. Victor says he'll have to live with knowing that he didn't help save Daniel. He walks out and Brady contemplates calling Nicole. Victor returns and Brady tells him he called but got no answer. Victor yells at him that he had the chance to save Daniel but failed.

2012-11-07 Maggie
Brady is sitting at the desk when Maggie enters the room. He growls, thinking it's Victor, then apologizes. He notices Maggie is upset and asks if he can do anything. She says to stop Daniel from leaving but he believes it's too late. They go out for coffee and Maggie asks him what he and Victor argued about. He tells her Nicole and she figures Victor asked him to do something not so respectable. Brady tells her he's not going to do it. She changes the subject and tells him she thinks he and Jennifer can help each other get through losing someone they love.

2012-11-15 Maggie
Maggie brings food to Daniel, who'd run home to clean up before going back to work. He apologizes for his behavior when he was planning to leave town. They talk about him and Jennifer.

2012-11-20 Maggie
Maggie rushes into Brady's hospital room. Kristen tries to chitchat but Maggie keeps her answers short so Kristen leaves. Brady explains how he got beat up.

2012-11-26 Maggie
Maggie goes to Daniel's apartment and asks him what happened with Jennifer. He tells her that Jennifer had read about a clinical trial for a new drug that treats hand tremors. Maggie asks if he's going to sign up for it. He says he's not sure. Even though it has a high success rate, it also could make things worse. Maggie mentions that Jennifer seems to be very concerned about him. He says she made him promise that he would think about it, and he has been. Maggie tells him to let her know what he decides. She starts to leave and Daniel asks why she's hurrying off. She tells him she has errands and such. Later, at the hospital, Maggie asks Jennifer why she's pressuring Daniel about the clinical trial. Jennifer insists that she's not pressuring him. Maggie asks then why did she make him promise to think about it. Jennifer explains she was thinking that every procedure has its own risks and if this one works then he'd have his career back. Maggie argues that there isn't any need to rush him into a decision. She says they can wait until the drug gets approved and maybe by then Daniel will be emotionally ready for whatever the outcome. Jennifer says she was just trying to help him in return for everything he's done for her. Maggie says the risk of it not working though, is not hers, it's Daniel's.

2012-11-29 Maggie
Maggie shows up at Daniel's again, with a stack of papers, research she's done on the drug that Jennifer wants him to try. She's worried that the drug can make some types of tremors permanent. Daniel says it's a small percentage. She asks him to read the papers. He tells her he is on his way to meet with the doctor about the drug. Maggie is upset and asks why he's rushing into this. He says because the doctor is in town and he might not get another chance and she's not going to talk him out of it. Later, at the Horton house, Maggie lashes out at Jennifer for rushing Daniel into the risky drug trial. If the treatment fails it will also prevent any other treatment options. Jennifer tells her she did not insist that Daniel do this. Maggie doesn't believe her and suggests, "You know, after this mess with Nicole, Daniel admitted to me that he still loves you, and that he told you that, and I think you're guilty because you can't say you love him, too." Jennifer denies it. Maggie insists, "Jennifer, you are risking my son's entire future to quiet your guilty conscience. Now I demand that you talk him out of this insanity before it's too late." Jennifer assures her that the risk is minimal and this is the only treatment that makes it possible for him to do surgery again. Maggie says if Jennifer won't stop him then she'll have to. She starts to leave and Jennifer asks if they are okay. Maggie tells her she'll always love her but she wishes Jennifer would stay out of Daniel's life. At the hospital, Maggie tries to talk Daniel out of the procedure. He refuses. He will do anything to be a surgeon again. Later, in the waiting area, Jennifer and Abigail arrive. Maggie looks angrily at Jennifer, causing her to leave. Abigail tells Maggie she hates to see them fighting. Maggie does too but Jennifer may be ruining Daniel's life.

November is finished. Ugh, typing up the synopsis for the two missing episodes was torture. Those horrible and embarrassing scenes must be why I never bothered to get the episode. There are more missing in December, same crap waste of awesome talent.
