I wonder if Marlena will keep Abby's confession a secret? On one hand, I think Marlena is supposed to report something like attempted murder. On the other hand, Ben attacked Marlena and killed her grandson. I'm sure she'll sympathathize with Abby. However, their best best is to go to Roman. He'll say Abby's been through a lot and it's okay.  |

There are only three instances in which she can break confidentiality. 1) Someone is in imminent danger of harming themselves. 2) Someone is in imminent danger of harming someone else. 3) Someone reports child abuse/neglect to her. Crimes already committed do not fall under those circumstances, which is why Marlena could not report it when Gabi told her about Sami and Kate helping her to throw Nick in the river. Technically she might have to report it if Abby told her she left Thomas alone while she was doing this because that might fall under child abuse and neglect, but anything else is completely confidential. |

I didn't see anything about Abby confiding in Marlena as a patient. I'm thinking she'll tell Marlena as a friend. And, morally, a person should call the police if a person tells them they've murdered (or attempted to murder) someone. |

I'm pretty sure it's as a patient since two or three spoilers say Chad calls Marlena because he is worried about Abby. And LEGALLY Marlena is not allowed to tell anyone what a patient confides in her, whether or not they confess to murder, and whether or not she thinks the person belongs in jail. Confidentiality is not optional no matter what anyone feels about it.

I'm interested in what seems to be a union between Victor and Nicole to turn the tables on Deimos. I know they can't stand one another but once Nicole finds out what he did to Maggie, I'd imagine that will fire her up to go after him.

Victor and Nicole aren't friends, but they don't hate each other anymore. Victor finally came around and accepted Nicole for Daniel. And now that Nicole saved Victor's life and she's being so kind to Maggie, I think Victor will be even nicer to her. That is, until the next time she screws up.

Victor & Nicole vs Deimos could be the fallout of the year. I hope the writers realize and use the potential they have with this for a colossal storyline.
