DD - That's cool that your hubby likes the show. Mine loves Nadia but that's all.

I wish Nadia would have stuck up for Brandon more. Tell her mother to back off. Brandon is a treasure.

I wonder if there will be another season of the show.

And if there is, will it be the same cast, or different soap actors?

I can't stand Mama Bjorlin! And John Paul's mom reminds me of my mother in law O.O

She really doesn't care if her daughter is happy. She only cares about what she thinks and how she "perceives" she's treated. When she was telling the "date" about how Brandon didn't even acknowledge her in the restaurant, I was thinking that she didn't deserve to be acknowledged. She treats him horribly. Poor guy was totally focused on Nadia and this other guy. Carla, love your new avatar of Jackson. So adorable.

Mama Bjorlin is just mean. She absolutely has no regard for Nadia.Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect from this show, but I hate to see Mama Bjorlin and how demeaning and under handed she is.A master manipulator. It's a wonder Nadia turned out as well as she did.Nadia does need to grow a backbone where her mother is concerned though.I'm all for respecting your parents, but Mrs.Bjorlin doesn't deserve Nadia's respect or consideration.

I can't help but think that Fary was playing it up for the cameras. I mean, come on! When your daughter is in a committed, multi-year relationship, you don't try to set her up with another guy over lunch. Too ridiculous. The camping trip looked fun. Although, I'm with Nadia. My idea of roughing it is a 2 star hotel. (Speaking of camping, has anyone ever seen "Troop Beverly Hills?" Hilarious movie!!!) I almost felt bad for JP, but I'm glad Farrah put it out there. He keeps jerking her around, but then again, if they were to ever get married, she'd better get used to it. That boy does NOT want to grow up. EVER.

Fary is INSANE!!!
That was a pretty good dramatic episode, though. The Brandon/Nadia and Farah/JP drama was great. I thought it was rather stupid how they kept making oblique references to Kirsten's situation without ever saying what the hell is going on, though. So strange.

I think it may have been dramatized for the cameras too.
JP is very different than I expected. I don't watch whichever soap they're on, but I had seen pictures of JP in SOD. Seeing him on Dirty Soap gave me a whole different perspective on this couple.
As for Nadia, I was kind of glad to find out that she doesn't have the perfect life. As an outsider looking at her beauty, talent, and boyfriend, she looks like she's got it all. This show made me realize that she is human and imperfect.

What's scary is that I saw alot of myself and a situation with my father in watching Phari and Nadia's interactions. It's exactly the same....

You know who Fary Bjorlin reminds me of? Another woman whose meddling in her children's lives knows no boundaries: Kate Roberts!
