Anyone following the games?
We are rooting for Stephen F. Austin, one of Ron's alma maters. They beat #3 seed WVU Friday. Today they're only 1 point behind Notre Dame at the half. Go SFA!

I am of course. I'm a Jayhawk and thank goodness, they are still in it. Sweet 16!!! I have been watching a lot of the games, or parts of them. There have been some great ones. I was so hoping Wichita State could upset Miami. Hope SFA beat Notre Dame Kpatch. I was impressed with how they beat West Virginia.

Thanks wendylou. SFA lost. The game was so close, they really should have won, but they missed a shot they shouldn't have. The Lumberjacks honestly looked like the better team but it's the score that counts.

Ugh! I'm sitting here watching my team struggle. This is when I hate being a sports fan. It's fun a lot of the time but I seriously can almost NOT take it when it's all or nothing like the tournament.

My team won. They got it under control in the second half. They have to play Villanova tonight and that is going to be tough. They are playing very well. fluffysmom I don't think there were many upsets so far this weekend. Notre Dame beat Wisconsin last night and I THINK that was one. I know they came from behind at the very end. Okay, now I just have to share my Kansas Jayhawk geek-out news. Yesterday I was laying around on my day off and I saw that @kuhoops, who I follow was at Media Day and they were asking fans to tweet questions. I wasn't going to but I saw some of the questions and figured out they were only answering the "lite" questions so I tweeted one and like 30 minutes later my phone dinged and one of the players had answered my question!!! That was so cool to me as a fan. Of course I will post the link here. This is freshman Carlton Bragg. He's a freshman and I love him. He doesn't play a lot yet but he will. He's talented and always has a great attiftude. Fun to watch.

That is fun, wendylou. I'd be excited about it too if I were you! Good luck to the Jayhawks in the next round.

Well, as usual, a heartbreaking end to the season. It's always so hard to let it go. Sometimes I hate being a sports fan.

You have an amazing team, though, and an excellent coach. My team is still in and I was hoping that they wouldn't end up having to play Kansas--they've had a great season and play hard!

Thanks melly. I know they are a great team. That's why I hate it. They should have won but really didn't play well. In fairness, Villanova did a great job on them. They really shut down Perry Ellis. Who's your team? I'm totally pulling for the Sooners now that KU is out. I really like Buddy Hield. Yes, I'm still up. Totally having trouble winding down. Ugh!

I'm a Sooner! Buddy is a fabulous player, and this is the strongest team we've had in years! Coach Kruger has done an outstanding job of rebuilding our program. I'm excited they came so far but I sure would love for them to take it all!

Well, there will be one more person cheering for the Sooners now. I hope they beat the pants off Nova. I would hope that no matter what but now I really want it because one of my little cousins in Philly had the nerve to kind of rub it in on Facebook about win before the game was even over. Little weenie.

I am more interested in seeing how the women's games play out. Syracuse women are in the final four!! UConn will be tough to beat if they make it passed Tennessee. Consolation is that UConn's Breanna Stewart is a local girl.
