Watching today's episode....Quinn picked up Carly...!!! Oh my god, did you see the poor guy struggling...  He couldn't even do it on the first try....he had to take a few breathes and then he looked like Hulk Hogan coming back from a beating when he stood up with her...!!!! Now that was classic...!!!!! |

Quinn was using the clean & jerk. Weight lifters have to do that when lifting weights. You go halfway, take a breath then push up. Not saying carly was heavy but even 120 lbs is heavy.
Love seeing Bren using his skills!!! Now that was sexy!!!

To cut him (and her) some slack, it'd be hard for anyone to lift another person from a kneeled down position. I think I'd have issues lifting my 8lb dog how he lifted her...LOL

And he spent a good majority of the episode shirtless. I about died when he sniffed his shirt and then took it off. At least they tried to justify it. Lol.

Oh TreyDawgg, how polite and politically correct of you..!!! Watch the scene....he was heaving after he got up and walked too......the veins were popping out of his neck...ok, I made that part up, I didn't actually see his veins, but I would bet they were pumping pretty darned hard...!!!! And it is a fact that Carly is bigger than Quinn....so I would think anyone would have trouble picking up and carrying a person bigger than themselves....but I'll let it go now, and go trash EJ a little before bedtime...!!! ;D

Now that I have watched the scene, I have to say that it's really hard lifting someone up from a squatting position like that. I have a hard time just lifting myself up. LOL. |
