I love that welcome home scene! And I liked how they were awkward with each other for a moment. There's always that momentary awkwardness when someone has been away and returns home. It takes a minute to re-acclimate. Melanie was as happy as a little puppy dog whose master just got home from work. LOL.

If you really listen, and it's slyn who brought it to my attention I believe, you can hear Jay say something about putting her down.I get the feeling Jay gained a little too much momentum in the spinning of Molly and they may have been out of character for a split second.

Me too!! I really like Philip and Melanie together. I wish I liked her half as much alone as I did with Philip.

Yeah. I like Philip and Chloe together but I liked Philip and Melanie too. I am happy either direction.

I'm happy with the way Phelanie ended. It wasn't bitter and angry. They admitted they still love eachother but it isn't enough.I can be good with that.

I would love Philip to come back and see how Mel reacts to that.I have to say, they were incredibly sweet together.Philip didn't hate Mel,Mel didn't hate Philip in the beginning.I really think they intrigued by eachother and didn't want to admit it,so it came out in the banter, the "hatred".

I don't think they ever "hated" each other. It was like when you were in 6th grade and you punch the boy you had a crush on in the arm.
ETA: fixed my grammar. Headache is getting to me!!

Exactly what I'm saying, lol.I had to explain that to my daughter.A boy in her class kept yanking on her hair everytime he passed her or he'd run into her. There was a whole slew of things, lol.I had to explain to her that he was trying to get her attention.Boys that age don't care if it's good attention or bad attention,as long as the girl they like notices them because of it,lol.

So did I,because they did it in such a way that you SAW the interest in each of them.

Yup. I just don't buy her with anyone else after the way she was with Philip. I don't buy that she now claims she never really loved Philip and that they weren't a good match. I hate what the writers did with that.
