Really? I hadn't about a new AP! Exciting! But I have to say, "So I Married an Axe Murderer" is probably my fave Mike Myers film. "We have a piper down, I repeat, a piper is down..." and "Head! Move!"

So, I'm browsing through some of the other stories posted here, and realizing that perhaps I could have told y'all a little more about this one without giving anything away.

First off, I tried very hard to include all characters. Granted, since the story was begun a few years back, there are a couple who've long gone from Salem, and I've probably missed a few. But I can tell you that you'll see, obviously, Chloe and Philip, Lucas, Kate, Victor, Nicole, Henderson, John, Marlena, EJ, Pookie (RIP), Trent, Melanie, Nick, Steve, Kayla, Bo, Max, Hope, Ciara, Stephanie, Mimi, Will, Brady, Lexie...oh, hell, lots of people. And Belle and Shawn will be heard. Claire too, I think.

Also, at that time that I started writing this, I had an intense dislike for Melanie. Something switched in me, though, and although it's an unpopular opinion in some parts, I love Mel and Molly. Towards the end of my writing (which I will announce when I had stopped originally, and you'll probably notice a change because life does get ya in the end and changes your style, ya know?) you'll notice me warming up to her. I'[m still trying to figure out what to do with her now.

I also began writing this before Brady came back to town and was recast. I really love Eric's Brady, so I think you might notice when he premiered too.

It is so humbling to have y'all praise the story so much. It really is. There were times when I almost wanted to give up on it while I was writing it...I had to put my dog to sleep at the beginning of it, I was scared to death that we were going to get another wonderful Katrina-esque hurricane, etc and etc. And, like I've said, I did stop writing it probably about a year and a half ago. But it's always churning in my head, I had just run out of creative steam.

Keep loading me with this incredible praise, it may never end! Hell, I could turn Phloe into vampires and they could live FOREVER! I haven't written vampire stuff since...jeez, the 80's. Part of the first wave of blood suckers, with the Anne Rice bunch I was.

I thought that where I'd left off was a good stopping point, things were actually neatly tied up, but I wasn't actually done. Now you've all got me trying to come up with a "sweeps" event.
