We haven't heard much about him . Since the character could be short or long term obviously, do you think he will be introduced on the show? If so, is it possible that Roger Howarth should play him? I was asking, because Kassie Depaiva is now on the show as Eve and her and Roger played the super couple of Todd/Blair on OLTL. Though Roger is now on GH, his contract does expire next year, giving him time to come to DOOL. Always loved the chemistry between RH and KDP. Would love to see him on this show, even if it's short term.
Or Paige's father could be Frankie Brady, or Nick Corelli or hell it could be anyone from DAYS' past really

My only reason for thinking it's not someone currently on canvas is that Paige showed JJ a picture of her father (in the moving van) and JJ didn't recognize him. I mean, I realize plot continuity might not actually be a thing for the writers, so that might not mean anything.
I am an admitted sucker for KDP and RH acting opposite one another, so I would certainly tune in for that. I also think Frankie would make a lot of sense, especially considering how many times they've mentioned him (but, again, I would think Paige would know her father's first name, so possibly not.)

I just hope it's not Daniel! Omigosh I was just about to say it's Daniel before I saw your answer. I bet somehow she got implanted with his supersperm and that's why Paige is such a smartypants doctor-to-be. |

Oh no wendylou, not the sperm donor program that Daniel gave to so generously!  I'm not familiar with Roger Howarth, but it would be cool if he came on to play Frankie and this time he would choose to be with Eve instead of Jennifer, because Jennifer has turned into someone that he (like the rest of us) does not recognize. |

Not a fan of Roger Howarth's character(Franco) on GH, but I do think he is a great actor. I'd be all for it if he came to Salem.
I think Paige needs her father. I just hope he's not the bad guy that Paige perceives him to be and has a good reason for being away all of this time.

I think the writers are combing the archives to decide who he should be. They're probably looking for someone with a connection to Jen just to cause more Jen/Eve drama (in case the JJ/Eve one night stand or whatever it was isn't enough)
