I don't keep up very well with most TV during the school year, but I definitely get my money's worth out of Netflix during school breaks! I have watched House of Cards and should be done with Sherlock in a couple of days. Any suggestions for what to tackle next?

Have you watched Luther? Also, Breaking Bad is on Netflix but that's several seasons.

I was going to suggest Luther as well. Both Copper and Ripper Street are also good BBC/BBC America shows on Netflix. I love BBC shows for the shorter seasons. Pretty Little Liars is also streaming on Netflix.

Well, if you like your men hot and British, you should like Idris Elba, who plays Luther. It's a cop/detective show but it's darker than Sherlock. Luther is kind of hot tempered and gets into trouble but he's also a very good cop.

I liked Copper better. It's set in New York in the 1860s. It only had two seasons before it got cancelled though. Ripper Street takes place in London just after the Jack the Ripper murders. BBC cancelled it, but Amazon actually plans on continuing it.

It's fantastic! Since it's a Netflix series we ended up watching all of season 2 in like a week lol. Definitely addictive! |

Once Upon A Time is my favorite show. Season 3 is due to be added to Netflix in the next month I think. The first 2 seasons are on there already.

I just watched this show on Netflix called Happy Valley. It was only 6 episodes and I thought it was really good. I just started watching it last night and figured it would take a while to get through but I watched it in two days because I wanted to see how it ends. It sort of reminded me of Fargo a little but it wasn't really funny, just suspenseful.
It's also a BBC show. The actress that played Mrs. O'Brien on Downton Abbey is in it but she's in more of a supporting role.
