Julie if they are going to keep her in Salem then you might as well bring in her branch of the family because Julie she has her son David Banning, at least David he is still alive and then you have Julie's grandson David's son Scotty "Scott" Banning who you could also bring back

None of those people have been mentioned in years so I'd be very surprised if they returned to Salem.

Julie was one of the major characters for the first two decades of Days, her legacy should be more present.
