I am disappointed in the way the have Xander handling being jilted by "Sarah." They are turning him into a lush and this has been done before with different characters. It is not too creative imo.

So, it's been a week since we left Dr. Snyder's dead body under the precious Horton family sofa and Gwen and Xander's feet. How long are they going to wait to get back to that?
I accept that at times, they'll wait two or three days to pick up a particular storyline, but when it gets to a week or even more, it starts to make me think I shouldn't care about it because it feels like the show doesn't care.
Is it just me?

i have a really big rant and am really disappointed in Days right now with what is going on with Tony Anna Sarah/Renee
there so many holes in it for one thing i also dont like how Tony is cuddeling Sara/Renee
i also think that this storyline is ruining the characters and i am really hoping that it ends soon in fact this storyline has got me so upset it is effecting my digestive system and making my stomach upset i know it is a soap opera but i dont find it all that entertaining at all and all the characters just getting hurt so much

tanna4ever. As a lifelong Philip fan, I feel your pain. Philip was destroyed. I believe that Tony and Anna have a much better chance at a happy ending than Philip does. This is just a bump on the road to give them a story/airtime.

This is just a bump on the road to give them a story/airtime. i am but i am thinking of taking a hiatus from the show for a bit for it is just to much for me right now it also hurts way to much to watch right now for i have been a fan of theirs since they first met back in 1983 |

Does it bother anyone else that prisoners get to entertain an endless stream of visitors--and in one of the cushy offices at Salem PD? Why don't they use the same room where EJ had meetings with Belle or where Kristen/Susan had visitors. Yes, I know that was supposed to be Statesville but it could be a room that looks the same no matter what law enforcement venue it is.

They write it as if they're at a hotel. And for the love of G-d, why are prisoners always discussing things like breaking out of jail or committing new crimes while in the Salem PD room or at Statesville, with NO ONE EVER OVERHEARING? In real life, all prison communications are monitored for exactly that reason. I also was annoyed that Gwen was still wearing her engagement ring until she gave it to Xander. No way would someone who was arrested be allowed to wear expensive jewelry. Among other things, it's too much of a security risk. Another prisoner could be tempted to attack a prisoner to steal something like that. |

It drives me crazy that many people in Salem live in hotel rooms for months on end. It's expensive and stupid. If they are going to live in a hotel some of them should have been living in the dumpy hotel that Nicole lived in at one point. A few people have hidden out at that one too.
How about a generic apartment set instead? Or bring back the Martin House.

Why do Lani's babies still sound like newborns crying and have breathing issues?

The hotel rooms drive me NUTS! How the heck do these people afford hotel rooms when they have no jobs?
WHY would Marlena NOT go after her grandson and granddaughter to fight the Devil? Can you imagine if Kate showed up? That devil would have his hands full.

Why haven't the writers brought Joy Wesley, Andrew Donovan or Sonny's brothers to Salem? I don't think any of them have been onscreen since they were babies or young kids. Each of them is a blank slate for the writers. These are characters viewers would be interested in. Joy would be a good addition to the 20s scene since she isn't blood related to anyone in that age group.

Why do TPTB drop stories for weeks at a time? Where are Paulina, Lani, Abe and Eli? I'm guessing Abe and Eli have been released from the hospital by now. It's hard to stay interested in a storyline when it's offscreen for weeks.

Why don't mansions have dining rooms? Whether it's the Kiriakis Mansion or the Dimera mansion, or even Marlena and John's condo, they are always eating their meals on the coffee table in the living room.
Rafe has a kitchen. Allie and Chanel have a kitchen. Why not the others. So unrealistic.
