Chapter 4

WOMEN'S PRISON
HATTIE: Yeah, like I'm gonna tell you what I'm in for! I may look like your twin, but I ain't as stupid as her!
SAMANTHA: Really, you have nothing to lose. You're already in jail, and it's not like I'm gonna tell anybody.
HATTIE: Well, ya got a point there. Well...uh...shop lifting.
SAMANTHA: That's it? They put you in here for shop lifting?
HATTIE: Yeah, well, it was the third or fourth time I done it. Or maybe the fifth. Was it the sixth? It don't matter. Anyway, because I've done it several times, they ain't gonna let me outta here for at least a year, maybe more.
SAMANTHA: So, we're stuck together.
HATTIE: Yep, unfortunately.
There was a long, awkward silence.
SAMANTHA: Know any good card games?

PARK
PAUL: Truth? What truth?
TONY: The truth about who you are, Mendez. What it is you do.
TAYLOR: Look, Nicole already told me what my father used to do, but he told me he was different now.
PAUL: Yeah.
TONY: And you believed him?
TAYLOR: Well...yeah. Why shouldn't I?
TONY: Come with me for a moment.
PAUL: Hey, DiMera! Whatever you wanna say in front of my daughter, you can say it in front of me.
TONY: All right. So, I'm guessing your name is Taylor Walker, and that you're Nicole's sister?
TAYLOR: Yep.
TONY: Okay, Taylor, I feel that you should know exactly the kind of man your father is.

MELANIE & PHILIP'S APARTMENT
Philip was sitting on the couch. Belle walked in. She was holding a vanilla envelop.
PHILIP: Hey.
BELLE: Hey.
Belle sat down on the couch. The two kissed.
PHILIP: What's going on?
BELLE: I have some news for you.
PHILIP: Good or bad?
BELLE: In my opinion, good.
PHILIP: What is it?
Belle handed Philip the envelop.
BELLE: Take a look for yourself.
Philip opened the envelop and pulled out a piece of paper. He read over it and looked at Belle.
PHILIP: Is this legit? Are you serious?
BELLE: Yes. I'm serious.
PHILIP: You mean...?
BELLE: She's yours. Shawn thought you'd faked the first test, so he did one of his own. Turns out, he was the one that faked the test.
PHILIP: Wow! I have a daughter!
BELLE: We have a daughter!
PHILIP: I love you more than I have ever loved anyone, Belle Black.
BELLE: And I love you more than I ever could love anyone, Philip Kiriakis.
Philip and Belle kissed. It was rather unfortunate for them, that just a few seconds ago, Melanie walked in.
MELANIE: Well, isn't this cozy?

Hmmm, so Taylor Walker may not be who she really is? Not Nicole's sister? Now I am very curious. What evil thing did Paul do besides what we already know?

Finally Melanie finds out the truth. And leave it to another switch for paternity results! Philip doesn't have little swimmers after all...

Chapter 5

PENTHOUSE
MARLENA: John...sorry, I mean Roman...tell me who the other Roman is.
ROMAN: Well, this is going back a bit, but do you remember the name Chris Kositchek?
MARLENA: Yes. But, what does Chris have to do with all this?
ROMAN: You mean you haven't noticed the similarities between Chris and “Roman”?
MARLENA: Well, now that you mention it...
ROMAN: Chris is the man currently posing as Roman.
MARLENA: Okay. I can understand you letting Alex pretend to be Roman to protect me. But, why Chris?

PARK - FLASHBACK
Roman is sitting on a park bench. Chris walks up to him.
CHRIS: What's happening, partner?
ROMAN: Chris Kositchek?
Roman stood up and the two men shook hands
ROMAN: How you doin'?
CHRIS: Doin' good. You don't look so bad yourself. So, what's this I hear about you goin' back to bein' John Black?
ROMAN: That was only a temporary thing. There was a man posing as me who threatened to kill Marlena if I didn't say that I wasn't the real Roman Brady. But, it's not true. I am still Roman.
CHRIS: So, is Marlena still around?
ROMAN: Yep. She sure is.
CHRIS: Mind if I take a crack at being Roman?
ROMAN: I'd rather that you didn't, Chris. I've spent so much time being John Black that I'd like to go back to being myself.
CHRIS: Look, it'll only be for a little while.
ROMAN: Chris, why do you want to be me so badly?
CHRIS: Because, I want to see if I can get a chance with Marlena.
ROMAN: Are you serious?
CHRIS: Of course I am. Look, you let me pretend to you. And, if it doesn't work out between me and her, then I'll admit that you're still Roman. Deal?

PENTHOUSE
MARLENA: You actually agreed to that?
ROMAN: Only because I knew that you were married to me, and that Chris would not be able to pull off a convincing portrayal of me. I'm actually rather surprised at how well he did. Also, it kinda helped that I was on a special mission from the ISA, so I had to keep living under the assumed name of John Black. But, now that mission is over and I can go back to being myself. My real self.
MARLENA: What was the mission?
ROMAN: That's classified.
MARLENA: Well, I can kind of understand that.
ROMAN: Well, Dr. Marlena Evans Brady, we now have all of that sorted out.
MARLENA: Well, almost.
ROMAN: I'm not following you.
MARLENA: That's good, because I don't intend to go anywhere tonight. What I mean is that we now have a small problem.
ROMAN: What problem?
MARLENA: Your son.
ROMAN: Which son?
MARLENA: Brady
ROMAN: What's wrong with Brady?
MARLENA: He needs a new name.
ROMAN: Why?
MARLENA: Because, now that you've finally revealed that you're Roman Brady, you now have a son named Brady Brady.

PENTHOUSE
ROMAN: I hadn't thought of that. All my children have the last name Brady. Really, they always have, but they just haven't known it.
MARLENA: Actually, All My Children is a TV show. TV shows don't have last names.
ROMAN: Oh, yeah. But, all of my children do have the last name Brady. I'll have to let them know.
Roman got out his phone and dialed a number.
BELLE (over the phone): Hello?
ROMAN: Belle, it's your father.
BELLE (over the phone): Hi, daddy.
ROMAN: I need you to make some phone calls for me.
BELLE (over the phone): Why? What's going on?
ROMAN: I can't say just yet. But, I'm going to need you to call Carrie, Eric, Rex, and Cassie, and tell them all to come home. Sami's off on her honeymoon with Lucas and Brady's touring England right now, so you need to call them and tell them to come home, too.
BELLE (over the phone): Sure, dad. But, what's this all about?
ROMAN: I can't tell you yet, but I will soon.
BELLE (over the phone): Well, I'm going to need to give everyone a reason why they need to come home, won't I?
ROMAN: Yes, you will. Just tell them that I have some very important news for them and that they need to get home ASAP because we need to have a family meeting.
BELLE (over the phone): Okay. Sounds good.
ROMAN: All right. I love you, Izzy.
BELLE (over the phone): I love you too, daddy.
Roman hung up the phone

PARK
TONY: Your...dear father, Taylor, is what is known as a serial rapist.
TAYLOR: No. No, he can't be. I mean...I know he's done some bad stuff, but he's different now.
TONY: Is he? And, who told you that? Oh, wait a minute. Let me guess: he did.
TAYLOR: Well...yeah.
TONY: And, you believed him?
TAYLOR: What am I supposed to believe?
TONY: The truth.
TAYLOR: How do you know about him, anyway?
TONY: I've been watching him for a while. Plus, I have a daughter. And, many years ago, she was raped by this man that you claim has changed.
TAYLOR: That was a long time ago. He's different now.
TONY: Of course he is. He's worse. That's why he just now tried kissing you before I got here.
PAUL: Hey, I don't have to stand here and listen to you tell my daughter this garbage! Come on, Taylor. Let's get outta here.
Paul put his arm around Taylor and the two walked off.
